Its irregular shape and layered texture invite a closer look, with a base that resembles the soft, muted gray of birch bark. Patches of green, yellow, brown, and subtle red tones overlay the surface, blending dense, plush wool and silk to mimic moss and lichen growing on the bark. Narrow slits cut into the felt provide a striking contrast that breaks the softness.
