Workshop: Felted Tea Light Holder

Discover the magic of wool and light in this hands-on felting workshop! Join me at the Glebe Community Centre to create a stunning felted tea light holder—an artful, glowing piece that brings warmth and texture to any space.

In this 2.5-hour class, you’ll:

✨ Learn the fundamentals of wet felting, using sustainable wool and a variety of techniques.
✨ Explore layering, shaping, and resist methods to form a sculptural vessel.
✨ Experiment with colour blending and surface design to personalize your piece.
✨ Complete a unique felted vessel, ready to be illuminated with a small LED light.

No prior experience is needed—just bring your creativity! All materials will be provided, including high-quality wool.

• When: Saturday April 5, 10 am - 12:30 pm
• Where: Glebe Community Centre, Preschool Room, 175 Third Avenue, Ottawa
• Cost: $115
• Spots Available: Limited to ensure personalized instruction.
